Maintenance Technician
Repair and maintain Injection Molding and Automated Assembly equipment.

Top Skills

Electrical & PLC knowledge, Allen Bradley, Omron or Mitsubishi.
3 – 5 years of experience in general maintenance
Electrical/electronics, PLC programming, troubleshooting, Omron PLC’s a plus. 
Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields preferred.
Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.  
Performs repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Diagnoses machine problems and correct with appropriate actions.
Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work area.
Performs equipment set up and preparation for production.
Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
Applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation
Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of plant production and facilities

Performs, maintains 5S in the work area
Works any shift as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to lift minimum of 30 pounds and willing to scale heights using a personnel lift to make some repairs or additions to machines and facilities
Contacts include associates at all levels as well as outside contractors and suppliers.
