General Manager Engineer PCI

Engineer: Manage all aspects of engineering and design operations with exceptional ability to support your team and a wide range of projects to promote beauty, functionality, revenue growth, profitability, high quality, excellence and customer satisfaction.    
Meet regularly with your team to plan, manage, coach and collaborate in the review of the design and engineering of all projects suggesting improvements ensuring best practices.
Conduct regular jobsite visits giving feedback and corrective direction to optimize progress.
Implement best engineering practices effectively utilizing technology, equipment, processes and KPI’s to increase efficiencies, resources, capabilities, performance, results and profits holding each member of your team accountable.
Manage day to day engineering operations creating the strategic plan, goals and vision for a thriving and growing operation.
Manage and coordinate all estimating and bids to ensure accuracy, profitability and competitiveness that includes your managing the bidding and negotiations.
Work collaboratively providing engineering support and building effective working relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders with ability to report current status of each project.
Develop and optimize computer programs as well as plans, reports and schedules.

Sales/Client Development: You must have a high concern for new business development, proposals, estimating, and opportunities for long term growth. Assist in developing new business with strategies for high margin projects, effective problem solving, proposals, estimates, contract negotiations and then providing design and engineering support to ensure the project meets the highest customer satisfaction.
Financial:  Manage financial aspects including budgets, estimating, costs and other design and engineering expenses. Implement best practices for managing financial aspects, reports, and maximizing effective use of all assets, technology and purchases.
Leadership:  Manage, train and mentor to form a high performing, results oriented team of professionals focused on growth and best practices to meet or exceed established goals and completing the design and engineering aspects of projects on schedule, profitably and to the customer’s satisfaction.
 
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience managing a team to design and engineer projects and structures with proven results and best practices, proficiency with technology including AutoCAD, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued, profitable growth.
A minimum of a four year degree in Engineering or related field and Professional Engineer License preferred.
