Job Title: Power Control Systems Engineer
Location: Raymond, OH

Primary Skills:
• Develop power window, sunroof, power slide door and power tailgate systems.
• Lighting distribution analysis, lighting output calculations, subjective lighting evaluation on the vehicle
• Actively collect and understand the functional (software, hardware and communication) requirements for above systems
• Propose, justify and develop new functionality (hardware, software, HMI, etc.) to meet the market requirements
• Develop, write and issue specifications for above parts/systems
• Create and manage the part development schedule with consideration to all parties (supplier, Honda designers, overall vehicle development, etc.)
• Manage the part supplier to achieve the development requirements on schedule
• Perform all necessary testing (lighting measurement, hardware reliability testing, software function evaluation, systems operating performance) including actual part retrofit to guarantee the product is acceptable for mass production
• Write all necessary reports, presentations, or technical documents to explain and /or make a record of the development activities
• Support factory, sales etc as required for product explanation, owner’s manual reviews, manufacturing issues or market complaints
Secondary Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of Auto experience preferably with lighting and Vision systems but not required
• Experience in project management (setting &managing schedules, meeting deadlines, directing other groups to achieve development goals etc.)
• Ability to use common electrical testing equipment’s (oscilloscopes, millimeter’s, ESD equipment’s, etc.)
• Experience with CAN and LIN communication protocols
• Experience in troubleshooting ECU hardware on vehicle function failures
• Ability to function independently
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills 
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
