Your unique role with us: Reporting to the Sr. Quality and Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with and provide input to the sales and product development teams on functionality and ease-of-use as reported through ongoing deals with customers. In this dynamic position, your high level of communication and attention to detail and quality; you will work with existing and prospective customers—training on specific software products, troubleshooting user issues, assisting with installations, providing or renewing licenses, participating in new software versions testing with development team, and product support demonstrations. 

Location Information:
  • Greater Cincinnati Area
  • Relocation assistance (if required, not ideal)
  • May eventually require some travel
What we are looking for: The ideal candidate for this position holds a BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field with 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, automation, data management, simulation, tooling, metrology, quality control, customer technical support or relations. Working knowledge of 3D CAD systems and object-oriented programming language required.

Core Technical Skills: (Must Have Most):  The appropriate candidate will have recent, hands-on experience or education with the following products\technologies. Experience or education must include at minimum working knowledge or aptitude in these competencies. In addition to the following the candidate is required to have a high level of excellent communication and customer interaction, detail and quality oriented, and superb organization skills!
