ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible for the design and management of manufacturing, such as the fabrication of skid mounted oil, gas and water production equipment (upstream) or gas dehydration and sweetening product treating facilities (midstream). Other typical responsibilities will include:
product identification and scoping (customer interface)
engineering and design of equipment, considering safety, operability and environmental impact
unit optimization and design
conduct root cause analysis or trouble shoot operating problems
interface with estimating, manufacturing and field operations
interface with relevant regulatory agencies
develop operating procedures and training manuals for equipment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS or higher degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
7+ years experience with a background in the operation and design of separators, filtration, glycol dehydration systems, amine systems, line heaters, compression and process piping.
General knowledge of the specification used in pressure vessel and piping codes (ASME Section VII, Division 1 and ASME B31)
PREFERRED SKILLS
Proficient in the operation of Promax (Prosim & Tsweet) simulation software.
General working knowledge of APV and AutoDesk Inventor.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Must be willing to relocate to central Oklahoma
