We need an energetic Business Development Leader who will help to grow the business!

Our specialties include:
- Design and Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Energy Modeling, Lighting, and Commissioning and Building Services.
- The vast majority of our projects are Sustainable in design and are LEED certified.
- We have a wide mix of the types of projects that encompass commercial office buildings, mixed use, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, municipalities, data centers, and institutional design.

We have been in business over 20 years and have built a solid reputation by staying on top of the latest and greatest in trends and technology and being a part of professional organizations such as ASHRAE, IEEE, ASPE, and IESNA.

What you need:
- Bachelors in Business/Communication/Architecture/Marketing/Engineering or related equivalent
- Experience in Strategic Development of Relationships that have lead to architectural/engineering projects
- Must be able to open and close deals through the full life cycle
Major Plus:
- Working Experience in similar role in Health Care, Hospitality, Higher Education Institutions or Federal/Government (Engineering - Architecture side)

What you'll be doing:
- Developing the business strategies (planning, budgeting, implementation, etc.) leading directly to new business in Architecture and Engineering
- Working a full life cycle of business development from lead generation to contract acquisition
- Working directly with the Management Team on Short and Long term goals for the firm
- Initiating and maintaining extensive contact with key clients and industry partners
