DescriptionManufacturing operation is searching for a Mechanical Product Design Engineer. BS in an Engineering discipline required. Client is looking for candidates in the 0-5 years of experience and will consider a new graduate . Ideal candidate should have experience in designing, optimizing, reverse engineering, and analyzing mechanical type products, such as gears and gear drive systems, fasteners, bearings, compressors, pumps, housings, etc. Candidate would also design and analyze lubrication and cooling systems, and perform vibration and analysis, Work with customers and vendors in regard to new and existing product designs. Develop, maintain, and implement design, material, and testing specifications and procedures, Review detailed customer specifications and incorporate into product designs. Perform failure analysis and analyze test data and reports. Must have experience with MS Office Pro and Autodesk Inventor (or other 3D CAD).
